These messages are all personally heard by Dan Schmitt, president of HHHunt Communities. Whatever your message, Dan will listen and assign it to the appropriate team members who will research the idea, question or concern and get back to you.

Additionally, in response to resident feedback at the Charter Colony Annual Meeting, we created a Community Hotline email for communicating ideas, questions and/or concerns to Dan Schmitt – CommunityHotline@hhhunt.com. All senders will receive a response to their email inquiry; please be sure to include your name, address and telephone number in your email as we cannot provide a personal follow up to anonymous email inquiries.
